TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2018 By (1) Esta Kovola Shitambasi and (2) Margaret Nechesa Shitambasi, both of P.O. Box 25, Lubao in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Lutome Munandi, who died at Chevoso, on 14th May 2008. CAUSE No. 250 OF 2018 By (1) Esther Wanjira Warutumo and (2) Mark Vitalis Wanjira, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ouma alias Sammy Akinyi Ouma, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya in 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to thy contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
