TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 143 OF 2018 By Fedinand Murakaru Kaberere, of P.O. Box 1409-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kaberere Muchugia alias Kaberere s/o Muchugia, who died at Tumutumu, on 5th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Dated the 29th March, 2019. By (1) James Mutuku Kamandi and (2) Joseph Musau Musembi, both of P.O. Box 244-90130, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Athumani, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
