TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2019 By Regina Wavinya Ivongb and (2) Beatrice Mutinda Muasya, both of P.O. Box 235-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Muia alias Joshua Ibongo Muyia, who died at AIC, Kijabe, on 2nd February, 1990. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By Michael Muema Mutuku and (2) Joseph Mutune Muema,both of P.O. Box 51-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muema Kioko alias Johana Muema Kioko, who died at Kambusu, on 11th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
