TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2017 By Beatrice Jepkurgat Maiyo, of P.O. Box 789, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Trufena Jelagat Maiyo, who died on 27th January, 2003. CAUSE No. 121 OF 2017 By Lilian Jemutai, of P.O. Box 187, Kabiyet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipkering Songok, who died on 9th January, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
