Box 4206, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Owuoth Odiyo, who died on 4th December, 1984.. CAUSE No. 143 OF 2018 By Jackson Asiri Odiyo, of P.O. Box 4206, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odiyo Abuko, who died on 10th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By Hellen Omoro Abir, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Abir Oduol alias Benjamin Abira Oduol, who died at Kajulu Location, on 22nd October, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
