TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2019 By Dishon Indimuli J. Saunya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otima Dishon, who died at Ebusiekwe, on 8th July, 2003. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2019 By Nixon Abisayi Ashioya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ashioya Nganyi, who died at Ebusiekwe, on 2nd August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Otieno Albert Wambogo, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Akinyi Otieno, who died at New Delhi, India, on 11th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
