TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 410 OF 2018 By Rehema Imbuye Were, of P.O. Box 419, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sale Were Okelo alias Were Ombundu, who died at Kamashia, on 13th April, 2012. CAUSE No. 454 OF 2018 By Hesron Mahero Ogola, of P.O. Box 34, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukuyua Ori, who died at Masaba, on 15th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
