TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 42 or 2019 By Njuki Ngatunyi, of P.O. Box 9. Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Ngatunyi Nthang'ari alias Ngatunyi Nthafig'ari alias Ngatunyi Thangari; who died at Gangara Sub-location, Nthawa Location, on 5th March, 1980. CAUSE No. 48 or 2019 By Maria Karimi Mugo, of P.O. Box 104, lshiara in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Micheni Njue alias Miccni Njue, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
