CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Mercy Mumbi Wainaina, of P.O. Box 63, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Njuguna, late of Komothai, who died at Kiambururu, Githunguri, on 3rd January, 2018.
