TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 305 OF 2018 By Julias Owiti Akech, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patroba Akech Moo, who died at Waudha Sub-location, on 25th June, 1994. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2019 By Ben Hamilton Ooko, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antipus Wallens Ooko, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 13th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
