TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 232 OF 2018 By Sammy Kabira Mwehia, of P.O. Box 426, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wambui Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2016. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2019 By (1) John Maina Githinji and (2) Margaret Kirigo Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 615, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Githinji Mutiga, who died at Huhirio Village, on 29th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
