TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By Julia Wanjiru Koira, of P.O. Box 43, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicodemus Kuira Wamweya alias Nicodemus Koira Wamweya alias Nichodelius Koila Obadiah, who died at Losogwa, on 22nd June, 2000. CAusE No. 95 OF 2019 By (1) Lilian Nyawira Njoroge and (2) Milka Wanjiku Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 80, 01 Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Njoroge Richu alias Josephta Njoroge Richu, who died at Nyahururu C. Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
