TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By Monica Wambui Mungai, of P.O. Box 574-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's' widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mungai Gitubia, who died at Githunguri, on 21st February, 2018. CAUSE No. 154 OF 2019 By (1) John Njuguna Kariuki and (2) Kibe Kariuki Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Njeri Kariuki alias Njeri Miri, who died at Karuri, on 12th April, 1985. Box 157-00618, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Chege Ndegwa, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2016. CAUSE No. 163 OF 2019 By Kungu Ng'ang'a, of P.O. Box 732, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Wang'ang'a, who died at Kiairia, Giachumi, on 30th September, 2007.
