TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 201 OF 2019 By Francis Wasike Makari, of P.O. Box 10, Misikhu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makari Sirengo Waruku, who died at Ndivisi, on 22nd February, 1989. CAusE No. 212 OF 2019 By Edward Mangoli Mbuya, of P.O. Box 162, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Mukoyani Mbuya alias Japheth Mbuya Daniel Wakhura, who died at Nairobi Women Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
