TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 362 OF 2018 By (1) Wilfrida Aloo Odhiambo, (2) Kennedy Omondi Ochieng and (3) Kevin Onyango Ochieng, all of P.O. Box 8078, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Ochieng Ochieng alias Ochieng Ochieng, who died at Bar "B" Sub-location, on 8th December, 1994. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2019 By John Otieno Masore, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrisia Owiti Masore, who died at Osiri Sub-location, on 22nd November, 2007. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By James Omoga Wamudha, of P.O. Box 4041, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wamudha Ngwena, who died at Kasule, on 4th June, 1989. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2019 By Tobias Otieno Owira, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Ezekiel Owira Owino alias Meshack Owira, who died at Marera, on 15th July, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
