Box 224 10100, Kisumu 'in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jivti Maganlal Devji Tanna, who died on 7th May, 2018. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2018 By (I) Solomon Ochieng Odera and (2) Samuel Otieno Odera, both of P.O. Box 44703-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odera Ogola, who died on 19th February, 2014. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2018 By Karim Sukhiani, of P.O. Box 119-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doulatkhanu Noordin alias Doulatkhanu Noordin Rahemtulla Punja Sukhiani, who died on 28th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
