IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (d) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints- SAMMY R000E OLEKU to be a member of the Council of Laikipia University, up to the 9th March, 2020, with effect from the 24th April, 2019.
