REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mmwaloka Undusu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.9 and 0.31 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Vihiga, registered under title Nos. Nyang'ori/Banja 622 and 988, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduc,ed to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received vithin that period.
