NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 194, in Volume DI, Folio 43/747, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Stephen Kimani Wambui, of P.O. Box 1289– 00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Kimani alias Stephen Kimani Mukuna alias Wambui Stephen Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Kimani alias Stephen Kimani Mukuna alias Wambui Stephen Kimani and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Kimani Wambui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by him assumed name Stephen Kimani Wambui only.
