NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 27th February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 407, in Volume B-13, Folio 1905/14165, File No. 1637, by our client, Maureen Wendy Ochieng, of P.O. Box 2582–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maureen Wendy Atieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maureen Wendy Atieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maureen Wendy Ochieng, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maureen Wendy Ochieng only.
