NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 203, in Volume B-13, Folio 1902/14133, File No. 1637, by our client, Francisca Naomi Muasya, of P.O. Box 179, Mwala in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nahum John Kithuka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nahum John Kithuka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francisca Naomi Muasya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Francisca Naomi Muasya only.
