GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2159

NOTICE is given that a petition dated the 4th October, 2018 for the liquidation of the above-mentioned company was on the 26th October, 2018, presented to the High Court of Kenya by Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation and upon hearing the petition and reading the supporting affidavit and annextures thereto presented by the counsel for the petitioner to the Honourable court on the 11th February, 2019; it was ordered: (a) THAT the liquidation of the company herein is terminated. (b) THAT Fortune Finance Limited be and is hereby wound-up by this court under the provisions of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012. (c) THAT cost of the petition and any costs incurred be provided to the petitioner out of assets of the company in priority.
