THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Solomon Ngatia Kariuki, of P.O. Box 217, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Thegenge/Karia/1265, 1266 and 1267, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 48 of 1997, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to (1) Isaiah Kamunya Solomon, (2) Isabella Wangari Solomon and (3) Others, all of P.O. Box 217, Nyeri, and whereas the said land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificates and issue to the said (1) Isaiah Kamunya Solomon, (2) Isabella Wangari Solomon and (3) Others, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Solomon Ngatia Kariuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
