REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Lukio Ogutu Owino, of P.O. Box 12097–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land known as MN/I/9535, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C. R. 31900/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed file and folio in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file and folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
