REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Njeri Kibugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Kajiado North. known as Ngong/Ngong/43124 and 43125, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2086 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration' to Florence Wanjiru Kibugi, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mary Njeri Kibugi (deceased). have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection, has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlidr to the said Mary Njeri Kibugi (deceased). shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
