THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson M'Mukindia (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nyaki/Giaki/258, situate in the district of Meru, whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 61 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Isaiah Kiumbe, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson M'Mukindia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with thb production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of Isaiah Kiumbe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson M'Mukindia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
