IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (3) of the Kiambu County Office of the County Attorney Act as reads with section 30 (2) (I) of the County Governments Act and upon the approval of the County Assembly of the Kiambu in its session on the 19th September, 2018, I Ferdinard Waititu Babayao, Governor of Kiambu County, appoint — MAURICE WAITHAKA WANJOHI to be the County Attorney of Kiambu County, for a period of five (5) years.
