THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No.3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ayub Muchangi Kiura (deceased), is 'registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.33 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Weru/7039, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Embu in succession case No. 106 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land, be registered in the name of Aloise Marigu Kiura, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received, I intend to dispense with the production of the, said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Aloise Marigu Kiuia (ID/2927884), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlisr to Ayub Muchangi Kiura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
