REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Burugu Wainaina (ID/8633634), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate 'in the Isinya Sub-county, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/5091, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado in environment and land case No. 107 of 2018, has issued a degree in favour of Joseph Muthaa Mwangi (ID/0439862), of P.O. Box 60998, Nairobi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Benson Burugu Wainaina (ID/8633634), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of Joseph Muthaa Mwangi (ID/0439862), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benson Burugu Wainaina (ID/8633634), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
