WHEREAS (1) Ndonga Gachonde (deceased) and (2) Samuel Kamau Njoroge (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 5.600 hectares or thereabout, known as Dagoretti/Kangemi/180, situate in the County of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause Nos. 1892 of 2007 and 2159 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to (1) Simon Maverick Ndonga, (2) Lucy Wanjiku Ndonga, (3) Gladys Wambui Kamau, (4) Amos Kamau Kuria and (5) Godfrey Leonard Waweru Kaman, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by trasimission R. L. 19 in favour of (1) Simon Maverick Ndonga, (2) Lucy Wanjiku Ndonga, (3) Gladys Wambui Kamau, (4) Amos Kamau Kuria and (5) Godfrey Leonard Waweru Kamau, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Ndonga Gachonde (deceased) and (2) Samuel Kamau Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZEl th NOTICE NO. 2495 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kimani Gachau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.75 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Gatarnaiyu/Gachoire/988, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1090 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration to Francis Gitau Thambo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Kimani Gachau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend -to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Gachau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 15th March, 2019. B.
