THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pigwa ole Rosio, of P.O. Box 7-00206, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 127.1 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kjd/Ntashart/57, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening, the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
