REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Leonard Charles Blackmore, of P.O. Box 34444- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0233 hectare or thereabouts, , known as Plot No. MN/I/11097, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C. R. 32554, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued therefore has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of tide provided that no objection has been received within that period. , Dated the 15th March, 2019.
