TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 83 OF 2018 By Mary Anyango Okech, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Okongo, who died at Kanyingombe Sub-location, on 20th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2019 By Rose Atieno Oloo, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Abudho Odero, who died at Koluoch Sub-location, on 7th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
