TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 111 OF 2018 By (1) Rabecca Kanini Kithii, (2) Ruth Wayua Kithii and (3) Grace Nduku Kithii, all of P.O. Box 48720-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kithii Mwei, late of Kangundo; who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2007. CAUSE No. 150 OF 2018 By (1) Miriam Rodah Noah and (2) Richard Mutisya Noah, both of P.O. Box 1644 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Noah Kivuvo, late of Kakuyuni, who died there on 9th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
