CAUSE No. 126 OF 2018 By Ouko Nahashon Awando, of P.O. Box 389, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of adirtinistration intestate to the estate of Peter Awando Oguta, who died at Masala Sub-location, on 23rd April, 1998. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2018 By Jeckonia° Nyarnbara Andare, of P.O. Box 51-40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Odaga Okecha, who died at Nyawita Sub-location, on 9th January, 1981. CAUSE No. 425 OF 2018 By Daniel Odhiambo Siage, of P.O. Box 94, Ragengni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siagi Midumbi, who died at Ragengni, on 10th June, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
