TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2018 By Tirop Kiprono, of P.O. Box 186, Kobujoi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto Kimaiyo Lagat, who died on 29th July, 2017. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2018 By James Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simotwo Kobot Kipkosgei, who died on 2nd April, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
