CAUSE No. 79 OF 20* By John Kibirech Keswai, of P.O. Box 55-30303, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased's creditor/petitioner, through Messrs. Birech, Ruto & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina arap Sangunya, who died at Kabiyet, on 16th May, 1975.
