TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 79 OF 2018 By (1) James Kiprotich Maiyo and (2) Elizabeth Cheboiywo, both of P.O. Box 143, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiwa Chelelgo alias Kimaiywa Chelelgo, who died at District Hospital, Eldatna Ravine in Kenya, on 16th January, 2001. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2018 By Kipmaech Chemor, of P.O. Box 73, Marigat in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Chemor, who died at Radad Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2001. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2018 By Lucina Chemweno, of P.O. Box/174, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimutai Rop, who died at Mumberes Sub-location, on 31st August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
