TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 76 OF 2017 By Mose Kiti Nyale, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Nyale Mwango, who died at Ziani, Kilifi, on 26th January, 2014. CAUSE No. 121 "B" OF 2018 By (1) Juma Abdalla Juma, (2) Said Swaleh Athman and (3) Said Salim, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harris Shenzago, who died at Mnarani, Kilifi, on 10th March, 1972. CAUSE No.15 OF 2019 By (1) Dama Kazungu Menza and (2) Sidi Charo Mwakuku, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Menza Iha, late of Mbarakachembe, Kilifi, who died there on 5th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 36 OF 2019 By Mathew K. Ngugi, of P.O. Box 142-01028, Gatukuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Kamami alias Njeri Kimami, who died on 18th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
