TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2019 By Esbome Okinyi Baraza, of P.O. Box 710-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zulbabel Baraza Odenge alias Zulbabel Baraza, who died at Suna South Location, on 15th July, 1970. CAUSE No.51 OF 2019 By Shem Lahalwa Miyoma, of P.O. Box 551-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamani Miyoma, who died at Suna North Location, on 16th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
