TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2019 By Joyce Wamuyu Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 165-10101, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Kabui Nguthuko alias Kabui s/o Nguthuko, late of Gaturiri, who died at Karindundu Sub- location, on 13th September, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
