TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 305 OF 2018 By Beatrice Achieng Nyagata, of P.O. Box 10, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Ojeya alias Ochieng Ojeya Ojeya, who died at Kajulu in 1945. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Beryl Akinyi Aloka and (2) Reagan Ochieng Okello, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Orina Ongoma, who died on 20th September, 2018. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2019 By Kennedy Ochieng Ochogo, of P.O. Box 29, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochogo Okuogo Oyolo, who died at Kotieno, on 9th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
