TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 34 OF 2019 By Oscar Odhiambo Omollo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omolo Ogombe, who died at St. Joseph's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 1998. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2019 By Esther Nyaboke Mangoni, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mangoni Makori, who died at Nyamaharaga, on 4th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2019 By Terezia Anyango Sila Oyar, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Nyosewe, who died at Kanyimach, on 5th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
