TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By (1) Therresah Awino Ong'or and (2) Collins Otieno Siwa, through Messrs. Omaya & Co., advocates of Kisumu, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Washington Ong'or Siwa, who died at Migosi, on 22nd May, 2019. The Court will prodeed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
