TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2018 By (1) Teresia Mbinya Nyamai and (2) Josephine Ndulu Mutinda, both of P.O. Box 37, Kindaruma in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyarnai Kavuthi, late of Kaewa, Masinga, who died at Matuu Sub.District Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2001. CAUSE No. 154 of 2018 By (1) Celestine Kavata Makau and (2) Onesmus Mwania Makau, both of P.O. Box 32, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Makau Kioko, who died at Mitaboni, on 18th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 240 OF 2018 By (1) Catherine Ndunge Nzyoka and (2) Cecilia Mbete Nzyoka, both of P.O. Box 39, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francisca Kalee Mutua alias Francisca Mutua, late of Katanga, Machakos, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
