TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 318 OF 2017 By (1) Susan Wangui Maina, (2) Peter Mwaura Mwangi and (3) Hellen Wanjiru Mwangi, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Mwaura, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2017. CAUSE No. 493 OF 2018 By (1) Eliud Gichuhi Gachure and (2) Humphrey Gakumo Gacure, both of P.O. Box 17638-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mumbi Gachure, who died at Gacharage, on 23rd June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
