CAUSE No. 145 OF 2018 By Beldinah North Bukachi, of P.O. Box 396, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaleb Bukachi Ambani alias Buchachi Ambani, who died at Kaisagat, on 7th September, 2006. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2018 By Hellen Menya Kisia, of P.O. Box 2971, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Iminza Ndayala, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
