TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2018 By (1) Naomi Wanjiru Muriuki and (2) Ian Mutisya Munyithya, both of P.O. Box 221-10101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mutisya Munyithya, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2018 By (1) Jackson Muthui Mwetu, (2) Kioko Benjamin Mwetu, (3) Richard Musyoka Benjamin and (4) Jeniffer Mutongoi Kavung'a, all of P.O. Box 869-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bretta Benjamin Muthiani, who died at Jordan Hospital, on 30th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
