TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2018 By (1) Samuel Njoroge Njane, (2) Humphrey Kamau Njane and (3) Ann Waithera Wainaina, all of P.O. Box 3, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased's sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njane Njoroge alias Michael N. Njoroge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and'appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. • CAUSE No. 22 OF 2018 By Hassan Mutisya Mulinge, of P.O. Box 5, Kathonzweni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulinge Kamba, late of Kiangini, who died there on 10th January, 2003. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2019 By Jane Mutindi Kiiti, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muasya Kiiti, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
