TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 486 OF 2016 By Peris Nyambura Kamau, of P.O. Box 4, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to • the estate of Eunice Njoki Njau, late of Mishorui Lusiru, who died ther on 9th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2018 By (1) Lydia Nyokabi Ndumia and (2) Lucy Wambui Ndumia, both of P.O. Box 81, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muhia Maina, late of London, who died. at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 26th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
